From Planning to Celebration

  • Share your event date, location, and vision through our inquiry form. We’ll confirm availability and recommend the ideal service length for your celebration.

  • Select your service hours, backdrop, and photo template. Each detail is thoughtfully designed to align with your event’s aesthetic.

  • A signed agreement and deposit secure your date. Final details are confirmed closer to the event to ensure everything feels effortless.

  • We’ll discuss your wedding vision and thoughtfully design a custom photo template featuring your names, date, and any logo or personal details—crafted to complement your celebration.

  • We arrive early for setup and provide a seamless, attended photo booth experience—so you and your guests can enjoy the moment without distraction.

  • Your images are delivered digitally after the event, preserving each moment as it naturally unfolded.

Thoughtful Details

  • We typically arrive 30–60 minutes before the photo booth start time to allow for a calm, seamless setup. This ensures everything is fully prepared and beautifully styled before guests arrive.

    Arrival timing can be adjusted based on your venue requirements and event timeline, and will always be confirmed in advance.

  • To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, we kindly require:

    • A minimum space of 10 × 10 ft

    • One standard power outlet

    • Wi-Fi access for digital sharing with guests

    We typically offer a minimal, curated prop presentation.
    If you would like a more expanded display, a 4–6 ft table can be provided or arranged for prop presentation.

    All setup details will be confirmed in advance to ensure everything blends beautifully with your venue and event flow.

  • Yes. A curated selection of props and a backdrop are included with every photo booth experience. Our props are thoughtfully chosen to feel refined and cohesive—never overwhelming—so they complement your celebration rather than distract from it.

    Backdrop options are selected to blend seamlessly with your event aesthetic and venue setting.

  • Transportation, setup, décor, and on-site attendant service are included at no additional charge within our standard service area.

    Travel distance is calculated based on one-way driving distance from ZIP code 94112.

    • Up to 25 miles (one way): Complimentary

    • 26–50 miles (one way): $100 Destination Event Fee
      (Examples include Palo Alto and Fremont)

    • 50+ miles (one way): $200 Destination Event Fee
      (Examples include Napa and Sonoma)

    City examples are provided for reference only. Final travel fees are determined based on the actual one-way driving distance.

    Any additional parking fees, tolls, or venue access fees, if applicable, will be billed separately.

  • Yes. We offer both 2×6 photo strips and 4×6 prints.
    You may choose the format that best suits your celebration, and the print layout can be customized to align with your overall aesthetic.

    If you’re unsure which option to choose, we’re happy to guide you based on your event style and guest experience.

  • Your photo booth printing design is the custom layout printed on each photo strip or print.
    It typically includes elements such as your names, wedding date, typography, colors, and any subtle graphic details that reflect your celebration’s aesthetic.

    At Ever Ours, printing designs are created to feel timeless and intentional—designed to complement your wedding rather than distract from it. Whether minimal or more expressive, the design serves as a keepsake your guests can take home and treasure.

  • Yes. You’re welcome to provide your own print design if you already have one. We’re also happy to review the file to ensure it prints beautifully and aligns with the photo booth format.

    If you prefer, our team can custom-design a print template for you—thoughtfully tailored to your event aesthetic and overall vision.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, as we take on only a limited number of weddings each year to ensure a thoughtful, high-touch experience.

    Most couples reserve their date 2~6 months in advance, though popular dates may book sooner. If your celebration is approaching, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to check availability.
